Annual and Quarterly Reports

It also provides a monthly Transfer Journal on request that is a record of a security’s activity for the previous month. It can, as well provide Five Percent and restricted reports for compliance.

Mailing Lists
The firm can provide its clients with shareholder lists in alphabetical or zip code order, to take advantage of bulk mailing permits. Lists can be programmed to eliminate duplicate shareholder names and undeliverable addresses.
